-discovered himself in the mirror. He loves looking at that other baby.
-will be crawling much sooner than Harlow did (just our guess). When he's on his tummy he raises his head and shoulders much higher than Harlow did at this age.
-is a little more fussy than Harlow but much more smiley of the baby. Used to be more fussy than he is now. So So smiley, I love it!!
-laughs with his mommy and daddy.
-I laid down next to him in the bed to read him a story. He looked up at the pictures and his face lit up and he started flapping his arms and legs. He was so excited. It was adorable
-his eyes follow me as a move around the room
-haha, fell asleep in the middle of our Zumba class. He was lying on the floor in the middle of the room with music blasting. Definitely not a first child
-is getting much more hair and it's visible. A little bit lighter of a brown than it was when he was born but still brown
-has his daddy's beautiful blue eyes
-definitely knows and loves his mommy. He'll quiet at my touch and voice. Makes me feel good but I also feel bad for other people when they want to hold them
-his angel kiss is going away a little bit but still there. I am starting to formulate a theory in my mind... I had Kelton natural without an epidural, he has a mark. Harlow I did have an epidural with and he did not have a mark. My sister's first three kids didn't have the mark on them but her last two she didn't have an epidural with and they both have the mark on their for head. Another friend of the family never has had an epidural and all three of her kids have the mark on their forehead. I met a girl at our stake work out and she said that her first didn't have one and she had an epidural but her second did and she had that one natural. It's just a theory but I am keeping track of that in my mind. It's not something that would deter me from going natural again but I do think it's very interesting and curious to see if the two correlate
-does not like to sleep in his car seat, even when were out and about.
-was very sore after his two month shots. He would not stay still but every time he moved his little legs he would cry out in pain. That was a miserable day
-Kelton sleeps solid 6 to 8 hours every night!! I love this child! And when him and Harlow both sleep through the night it is glorious
-gets licked, stepped on, kicked, hit, fed, hugged, squished, bounced around on the bed, dropped, bit, limbs pulled, kissed by his older brother
-Kelton is "my baby" -Harlow. And daddy and Harlow argue about this almost every night, about who's baby Kelton really is.
-showing more interest in watching what Harlow does. Harlow always wants Kelton to be watching him
-I had just finished feeding Kelton one night and went to put him down in his bed and right as I leaned him back he spit up. It's like it went straight up in the air and then came down and splattered all over his face. he looked completely shocked and I couldn't help myself from laughing
-is enjoying bathtime more and more
-is not quite so sure he likes swimming... The pools have all been quite a bit colder than bathwater. Once his feet and legs got used to it he did fall asleep in my arms last time but if I went any deeper he'd wake up crying.
-sleeps on his tummy
-loves to nurse
I am literally obsessed with this little angel of mine! I fiercely love him! He makes my heart so happy. I'll be honest, I still have a hard time letting other people hold him. Not that I don't trust them, its just that when they are holding him it means that I am not. I wish I could just sit and play with him all day.
I love watching Harlow love on him. I hope they'll be best buddies. Harlow takes good care of him and is a good little helper for me.
