Swimming

Monique had us all over for a family swim day at the club house.  It was fun to be at the pool and get to see cousins.  We were afraid it was going to rain but it held out just long enough for us to have a blast in nice overcast weather.  Harlow loves the water and is getting braver.

Working on getting Harlow use to floating on his back.  Even with a life jacket on he gets rigid but He's getting much better.  I want to get him swim lessons this summer.  Some one-on-one lessons.  I want him to continue to love swimming and the water.  And with Kelton now here, Harlow's got to learn to swim sooner than later so we can actually keep going to the pool.

I love how happy he is in this picture.  You could tell he was nervous but that he also thought it was way fun.  We worked on jumping off the edge of the pool and the steps and then turning onto his back, as well as reaching down and picking toys up from the bottom of the shallow end, just deep enough to barely touch him face under the water.

Kelton wasn't very happy in his car seat so Grace scooped him up and he snuggled right up to her.  It was cute to see him sleeping in her arms.

She's a good Momma.  It's fun to see her and Andrew with Chase.  He's a lucky little boy to have such great parents.
